HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For US orders, standard shipping is $4.99 (2-5 day delivery) and $7.99 for expedited (2-3 day delivery).  FREE shipping applies to US orders that are greater than $35 in value.  Shipping to Canada and the Rest of the World are also available and can be found on our Shipping Info page.

WHAT IS THE POMPADOUR PROMISE?

We don’t actually have a return policy for purchases made at misterpompadour.com. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably; we hope they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally all the time and we have customers in 95 countries and counting.  Shipping to Canada and the Rest of the World are also available and can be found on our Shipping Info page.

Please note that additional import duties and taxes (VAT) may apply depending on the specific country and the buyer is fully responsible for any additional fees.  Any packages that are returned we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost + 20% restocking fee. 

CAN I ORDER MY PRODUCTS ON A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?

Yes, each individual product, kit, combo, and set can be purchased on a subscription plan with a recurring delivery of 1, 2 or 3 month intervals.

Please note that your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.  Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time on Your Account page (you must be signed in to access Your Account).

WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS?

If you're in the US, products are typically delivered in a week.  If you're an international customer, shipping times vary.  For the most economical international shipping rate, unfortunately we cannot supply detailed tracking.  You'll be supplied a customs number with your international shipments and you can follow up with your local postal service.  Shipments in Europe, Asia, and South America typically take up to 4 weeks for delivery.  Patience is tough, but be assured, the products are on the way!

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORES?

We're gradually getting into more and more stores, but chances are you won't be able to find us locally.  We are primarily an online retailer.  We do sell to a few select salons in the US, but we do not have any general distribution in stores.  This is true for both US stores and International locations.   If you're an international customer, please check our Stockist for other online retailers.

HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT STYLING PRODUCT?

See our descriptions on each product for a hint of what each product does.  It widely depends on what hairstyle you desire and what finish you like (shiny or natural matte).  Products also vary by their holding power from low to very high.  Sometimes cock tailing (combining two different styling products) is the right choice for the hair style you are trying to achieve.

HOW MUCH COMES IN A SHAMPOO/ CONDITIONER BOTTLE?

8 oz of highly concentrated professional-grade formula.  A little bit goes a long way when you're using high quality products.

HOW LONG SHOULD THE SHAMPOO / CONDITIONER LAST?

About 3 months when used once daily for men with shorter hair (based on Matt and Zack's own personal experience).  Duration will depend on hair type, length and frequency of washing.

2 oz. of professional-grade formula.

HOW LONG SHOULD THE STYLING PRODUCT LAST?

About 2 months when used once daily for men with shorter hair (based on Matt and Zack's own personal experience).  Duration will depend on hair type, length and frequency of use.

DO YOU TEST THIS PRODUCT ON ANIMALS?

Our products have never and will never be tested on animals.   We love our pets (Zack has two Huskies and Matt has a yellow lab) and we couldn't imagine having our pets tested on.  

DOES YOUR PRODUCT CONTAIN PARABENS?

Absolutely not!  So what are parabens you might ask?  Parabens are used in the cosmetic industry for a preservative.  They've been shown to create allergic reactions,  they mimic estrogen, and have been present in breast tumors.   We don't use parabens in our products, ever! 

WHAT ARE TEA TREE OILS?

Tea Tree Oil is an essential oil with antimicrobial properties. It has been successful in combating dry skin and scalp, dandruff, and even acne. As a result, the extract can now be found in a wide variety of skin and hair care products. Because it has a naturally occurring camphor or medicinal fragrance to it, most companies mask the scent with other fragrances, such as Peppermint Oil.

Tea Tree Oil, in conjunction with Peppermint Oil, not only creates a pleasing aroma but also balances the pH of skin and scalp, which keeps hair and skin from becoming too dry or oily. This combination is great to combat dry, flaky, itchy, or oily scalps.

DO YOU USE SULFATES IN YOUR PRODUCT?

All of our styling products and conditioner are free of sulfates, but our shampoo product uses a sulfate as a cleaning agent.  

WHAT ABOUT SILICONES?  DOES YOUR PRODUCT USE THEM?

The Peppermint Shampoo, Conditioner, Peppermint Pomade, Classic Wax and Natural Beeswax Paste are free of silicones. The Sculpting Clay & Moroccan Texture Paste have less than 1% silicone used to add shine and condition. There are some products that are almost 100% silicone, these are used to smooth frizzy hair. This is the stuff you have to be concerned about as far as build up goes. Proper clarifying shampoos are needed to avoid build up. 

If any silicone product is used, because of the tea tree oil and peppermint, we have the perfect combination shampoo and conditioner to cleanse and hydrate the hair.
